The philosophy and objectives of the Kaycar Cutz Academy:

• To provide a well-rounded educational program that will fit the needs and demands of the barber profession, which includes all services that may be requested by the clientele of barbers/styling shops and salons.
  

• To provide the students with the theory and practical knowledge of regular haircuts, the creation of modern hairstyles with unity to form and balance, hair and scalp care, permanents, hair coloring, shaving, etc.
  

• To train students so that they can become successfully employed as a barber stylists, including training in the business methods required for operating a shop.
